Register Now for the Summer Interns and Associates Training

This four-hour training on Friday July 10th is free and open to any intern or junior associate in the DC area. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore how aspects of identity influence their effectiveness in the workplace, gain exposure to SDI’s dialogue to action model, and gain specific skills to address employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, innovation, and conflict resolution.

The Sustained Dialogue Institute (SDI) invites DC-area summer interns and associates to a free, half-day training on Sustained Dialogue® on July 10, 2015. At the workshop, participants will:

  • Learn frameworks grounded in international diplomacy for approaching leadership decisions
  • Practice tangible skills that can be used to address workplace challenges related to employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, innovation, and communication
  • Network with summer interns from government, business, and non-profit sectors
