About This Survey
This survey is administered by the Sustained Dialogue Institute as part of our evaluation of campus dialogue programs. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes.
Your privacy. We are collecting no identifiable data. Your name is never recorded. The anonymous ID you create below is used only to match a "before" and "after" survey so we can measure change over time. No one at your campus or at SDI will be able to connect your responses to you personally.
