In early May, a small group of The University of Redlands faculty, staff members, and a student participated in Sustained Dialogue training. This training, hosted by the Center for Educational Justice and the Office for Inclusion & Community (OIC), focused on community building, diplomacy, peacemaking, conflict transformation, collaboration, and reconciliation.
To continue strengthening community capacity for peace-building efforts, Professor Mikela Bjork and Monique Stennis warmly invite the community to join our Pre–election Healthy Conversations Skills Series. This series is designed to help you learn how to facilitate stronger, more meaningful conversations. Additionally, as a member of this network, you have access to a wealth of webinars and resources, which you can find by scrolling further in this email.
